REFUNDS POLICY

We at Virtual Website Assistant want you to be completely happy with your Workshop, training, service or other purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please let us know by contacting us directly.

In the event, however, you decide that your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Within 30 days of any purchase, VirtualWebsiteAssistant.co.uk will, in most cases, refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us via our support form and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds are provided after 30 days following purchase.  Some products are sold without any refund guarantee and these products are clearly marked throughout the site. Some products may have special terms, which will be indicated, for example digital download products ‘usage rights may be restricted or removed’ on refund.
